What is SUP yoga?
Stand-up paddle board yoga is a fun way of practicing yoga! Floating on the clear blue sea on a stand-up paddle board is something that you definitely should try if you are visiting Aruba.
I will guide you in a gentle Vinyasa flow on the board. The classes are for all levels, no need for having yoga experience.
