What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese “laying of the hands” healing method that channels energy to oneself or someone else. It relieves energy blockages and imbalances to support healing and well-being.

Reiki treats the whole person, so that means the body, emotions, mind and spirit. There are a lot of benefits that you can experience with this energy work. For me the greatest benefit is stress reduction and relaxation, which triggers the natural healing abilities of your own body, your immune system. More and more studies show that stress can make you sick on cellular level. To find relaxation during our busy lives is very important for your own health and well-being.
Reiki brings inner peace and balance the mind and emotions.

On physical level it can relieve many different things, such as migraine, arthritis, asthma, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalances and insomnia. I can go on and on about what Reiki can mean for you. My advice is to just give it a try and experience it for yourself.
